Requests for tractors or attachments not yet in the database are logged and worked through in order of demand. Questions about a specific compatibility verdict are welcome, including which specification produced a note and what margin it failed by. General feedback on the tool, the guides, or the data presentation is read. Messages go to the editor rather than a support queue, so replies come from the person who maintains the records.
